Will my recurring clean be on the same day each time, with the same cleaner?
Yes, we will schedule your recurring clean with the same cleaner each time. If there are any changes to your booking, we will inform you.
Do you bring your own equipment?
We will bring all the necessary cleaning supplies except for a toilet brush and toilet cleaner. Please make sure these items are available for us to use when cleaning your toilets.
Do I need to be home while the cleaner is there?
No, our staff are trustworthy and trained to work in your home unsupervised. However, if you prefer to be home during the cleaning, that's perfectly fine too. We enjoy meeting our clients.
How do I pay?
To make the booking and payment process convenient for you, we will send you an invoice, and you can easily pay via bank deposit or Visa.
Are your products safe to use with septic tanks?
Our products are eco-friendly, and are safe to use with all septic systems.

What does Airbnb management include?
Our service covers everything from guest communication and bookings to professional cleaning turnovers, inspections, outdoor upkeep, and even listing optimisation.
How much does Airbnb management cost?
We charge a 15% management fee + GST on your property’s gross rental income. Cleaning, linen, consumables, and optional extras like garden care are billed separately.
Can I still use my holiday home if I choose management?
Absolutely. It’s your home first. Just let us know when you plan to stay, and we’ll block out the dates. A month’s notice is ideal to maximise bookings around your schedule.
Who looks after guests during their stay?
We do. Our team manages guest queries and issues 7 days a week, ensuring your guests are supported and your reviews stay positive.
Do you supply linen and guest consumables?
Yes. We can provide linen, towels, toiletries, and pantry basics at a set rate per guest, or you can supply your own if you prefer.
How do you market my Airbnb?
