Term of service:

Elevate cleaning services will operate on a weekly, fortnightly or other duration as discussed, until termination from either party. In the event that either party wishes to cancel, they will contact Elevate Cleaning with 7 days or more notice.

If the client fails to provide 7 days’ notice to cancel the service, 50% of your quoted cleaning fee will be charged.

Skipped cleans and lockouts:

If either party needs to skip a clean for any reason (guests visiting, sickness etc), they shall notify the other party with a minimum 48 hour notice.

If the client notifies Elevate cleaning under the 48 hour notice period 50% of the quoted clean will be charged if the reason is not an emergency.

In the event that we arrive and are locked out of the property, 100% of your quoted cleaning fee will be charged.

Sickness:

Please let us know if anyone in your household is sick/unwell as soon as possible, so we can continue our services for other clients. We shall do the same in return.

Holidays and guests:

We strive to provide consistent cleaning services throughout the year (excluding the Christmas break). To help us plan effectively, please inform us of your upcoming schedule or holidays in advance. If you are away on holiday and would like us to continue cleaning your property, please arrange for a key to be left out or provide us with a spare. This allows us to complete tasks such as cleaning windows, fridges, ovens, or cupboards during your absence.

If you have guests coming to stay, we may charge an extra fee to clean the guest rooms/areas of the home.

Security and confidentiality:

Keys or pin codes will only be used when entering and exiting your property on the date booked for service. Under no circumstances will Elevate cleaning services distribute client keys/pin codes.

Elevate Cleaning Service agrees that personal or business information will stay between the client and the business. This obligation of confidentiality will apply for the duration of our service and indefinitely.

Social media content:

Please let us know if you permit us to post cleaning content of your property.

Insurance:

Elevate Cleaning agrees to service the client’s property to the best of our abilities. In the event that damage has been caused to belongings or the property by us, we will work alongside the client to remedy the damage. We will not be liable for the existing condition of items due to wear and tear, previous damage or loose structure.

Product supply:

Our service rate includes the supply of our products and equipment to perform the work required. If you would prefer us to use your products and/or equipment please let us know.

Please inform us if you have any allergies to pets, dust, citrus, floral or herbs.

Services:

Elevate cleaning services will provide the following tasks outlined as agreed upon. Other cleaning tasks can be discussed to add to your cleans with advanced notice.

Please advise us if you would like us to avoid certain cleaning tasks or rooms in your cleaning service. These can include sentimental items while dusting, something you would rather do yourself, or you have another company providing the service.

Arrival time:

It is in our best interest to arrive at the same time every visit. However, due to cancellations and locations of cleans, there may be a different booking time.

Obligations of the client: 

While staff training is provided, the client also has a responsibility to ensure basic health and safety are met for any Elevate Cleans staff member who enters the address of service.

  • Please remove any hazardous items; needles, broken glass or faeces not in toilet area. 

  • Pets with aggressive behaviour must be removed from the property or adequately restrained.

  • Please inform us if there is loose shelving, items or furniture that may result in accidents and/or damages. 

  • There is no tolerance for any harassment, physical or verbal, towards any Elevate Cleans staff members and this will result in an instant cancellation of your service.

  • There will be no use of illegal substances or large gatherings while Elevate Cleans visits your property.

  • We respect your home and personal space so please respect our work space if you are at home.

  • Cleaning requests are welcomed, but please let us know in advance so we can quote a price and schedule time in our schedule for our next cleaning service.

Fees:

Elevate Clean will provide a price for your house cleaning that will be charged to the client. The hourly rate may increase due to economic inflation, supply and demand, or other reasons, but the client will be notified of a change with 2 weeks notice. 

Payment options:

Your invoice/s will be sent out after your service and must be paid before the due date. Our bank account information will be at the bottom of your invoice. 

A friendly reminder will be sent after 3 days to follow up of any unpaid invoice/s. Any unpaid invoice/s will incur 15% of the invoice per day until the invoice is paid in full.

 

Breach of policies:

If the client does not continually meet their terms under cancellations and lockouts, obligations or payment options, this may result in their service being cancelled.
